I love porridge and oats. Hot or cold, baked or raw, sweetened with bananas, honey, berries or nuts. All delicious. These are a my favourite oaty recipes perfected through lots of trial and error. They don’t take a ridiculous amount of time or preparation, as the name of this page suggests. But my boyfriend, who is happy with a bowl of Weet Bix and milk when he wakes up, jokes that I’m making too many dishes to clean with my “extravagant breakfasts”.
